Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a clean, attractive, friendly environment where people of all ages can retreat from the distractions of the world. To have a setting conducive to God’s Spirit touching their life in a special way. To make Acadian Baptist Center a place where people can sense God’s presence. To go the “extra mile” and serve Jesus while serving others.
We have four main goals:
Evangelism, Discipleship, Fellowship, and Recreation
A Lasting Legacy
We have been around a while! Originally founded as a school called Acadia Baptist Academy (1917-1974) that transitioned to Acadian Baptist Center (1975-present), we have celebrated 100 years of being a light for the gospel in Acadiana! Our camp and conference center has a bright future of impacting this region and beyond for many more years to come!
